Wearable Devices Ltd. makes wristbands that read electrical signals at the wrist and translate finger and hand movements into commands for digital devices. Consumers buy the Mudra Band, an Apple Watch accessory that controls Apple devices, or the standalone Mudra Link, which controls Bluetooth-compatible devices across operating systems.
Businesses pay for pilot projects that include a Mudra Development Kit to test the technology and develop applications. The kit does not give them commercial rights. The company aims to turn these evaluations into agreements allowing customers to integrate its sensors and software into their own products, earning annual license fees and royalties on devices sold. As of March 2026, it had signed no technology licensing agreements.
The business remains at an early commercial stage and has not generated significant revenue. It depends on users adopting wrist-based gesture control and on businesses moving from evaluation to commercial integration, while continued development relies on financing beyond product sales. Israeli Innovation Authority funding also places approval requirements on licensing or transferring supported technology and moving related manufacturing outside Israel.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Wearable Devices’ results hinge on commercial adoption of neural gesture control, with unlisted rivals Pison and DoublePoint Technologies also offering wrist-worn controllers.
Meta Platforms competes directly with Wearable Devices’ consumer wristband Mudra Link through its Neural Band, which lets users control Ray-Ban Display glasses with wrist-based neural gestures. Watch Meta’s consumer hardware business in Reality Labs and its Neural Band developments, rather than the advertising sales that generate substantially all its revenue.
Apple both supplies the ecosystem that Wearable Devices’ consumer accessory Mudra Band needs and competes with its gesture controls through Apple Watch Double Tap; Apple sells devices and related services to consumers and organizations. Watch changes to Apple Watch accessory requirements: Wearable Devices must keep its band compatible so customers can use it to control Apple devices without touching them.
Logitech competes with Wearable Devices for how consumers control computers and digital devices, selling mice, keyboards and other input hardware where Wearable Devices offers gesture-control wristbands. Logitech’s keyboard and pointing-device sales are the relevant lines to watch, rather than its broader peripherals business serving retailers, businesses and consumers.

Meta Platforms’ report can show how its Reality Labs consumer-hardware business is doing; its Neural Band also competes with Wearable Devices’ Mudra Link for users of wrist-based gesture controls.
First look for any disclosed Neural Band launch or sales information; if there is none, read Reality Labs revenue alongside its operating loss. Specific Neural Band progress would show Meta is advancing a wrist-control product. Rising Reality Labs revenue with a large loss would show broader consumer-hardware investment, not that the band is selling well. Weak revenue with a large loss would offer even less evidence of demand for this kind of product; Mudra Link’s market traction would still have to come from Wearable Devices’ own sales.
Apple Inc. earningsAAPL
Apple’s report will show sales in its Wearables, Home and Accessories category, offering a broad read on the Apple-device ecosystem that Mudra Band depends on.
Check whether Apple’s Wearables, Home and Accessories category sales rise or fall. Growth would suggest the broader Apple-device ecosystem remains supportive of the potential user base for Mudra Band; a decline would weaken that backdrop. The category includes other products, however, so it cannot establish Apple Watch sales on its own or show whether Mudra Band’s compatibility requirements have changed.
