Worksport sells folding covers that close over pickup truck beds, with its AL and HD hard-cover platforms accounting for nearly all sales. Most revenue comes through online retailers and marketplaces, alongside sales through distributors and dealers and its own online store. Its customers are overwhelmingly in the United States.
Worksport manufactures and assembles its hard aluminum covers in the United States. It also sells SC soft covers, but buys all outsourced soft covers from a single supplier in Foshan, China, making that smaller business dependent on the supplier and its shipments. The company has relied primarily on share offerings to fund operations and remains dependent on operating cash generation and access to additional financing.
So far, Worksport has sold only truck bed covers. Its expansion plans include SOLIS, a solar-integrated cover that generates electricity, and COR, a portable energy storage system that can work with it. Subsidiary Terravis Energy is also developing AetherLux heat-pump technology, which has not yet been commercialized.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Worksport’s results hinge on U.S. demand for pickup bed covers, its ability to scale hard-cover production and competition with RealTruck, its named dominant rival—not the automotive-parts companies supplied for comparison.

Worksport’s report will show whether making and selling more hard tonneau covers is leaving more gross profit after production costs.
Read hard-cover sales alongside gross margin, the share of sales left after production costs. Rising sales with a steady or higher margin would show that greater production efficiency is offsetting pressure from materials, components and imported inputs. Rising sales with a falling margin would show that scale is not yet improving the economics of each sale and costs are absorbing more of the added revenue.
