Company

Company overview

Chemical plants, water and wastewater treatment operators, and power generators buy WF Holding Limited’s tanks, pipes and other fiberglass-reinforced plastic products. Its in-house design team tailors products to customer requirements, and customers pay through individual purchase orders or project contracts. Product sales provide most of the revenue; delivery, installation, maintenance and technical services bring in smaller amounts.

Most revenue comes from customers outside Malaysia, including Australia, Singapore and China. Large project deliveries shape the sales mix, and a few major customers account for a substantial share of revenue. Without long-term purchase commitments, the business depends on winning new orders and on when projects are delivered. Its Malaysian manufacturing operations must also comply with local operating and workplace-safety requirements to retain required licenses.
