Company

Company overview

Top Wealth Group Holding Limited supplies food-and-beverage distributors whose customers include luxury hotels and restaurants. Wine accounts for most revenue, with caviar and health supplements contributing the rest. It buys wine from Hong Kong suppliers against customer orders and resells it locally, rather than importing or making wine itself.

Its caviar comes from China and is sold under its Imperial Cristal Caviar brand, customers’ private labels or without branding. The company sets caviar prices by adding a markup to estimated procurement and supply-chain costs. A supply-chain partner handles packaging and temperature-controlled logistics. Most caviar buyers are based in Hong Kong, but they export a substantial portion overseas. The company has diversified its caviar sourcing after previously relying on one supplier.

Sales depend on a small group of distributor customers, with the largest buyer supplying a substantial share of revenue. Customers order as needed rather than committing to purchase volumes, so continued orders matter. Caviar trading also requires permits under CITES, the international convention governing trade in endangered species, and Hong Kong import and re-export rules; missing permits can prevent shipments from clearing customs.
