Company

Company overview

Silynxcom Ltd. develops and manufactures rugged headsets that help military, police and rescue personnel communicate while protecting their hearing. Its In-Ear Headsets connect to third-party professional radios and reduce hazardous sounds while preserving awareness of surrounding sounds. In-Ear Headset systems generate most revenue, with single-sided SST Headset systems accounting for nearly all the rest.

Buyers pay Silynxcom for equipment, either directly through tenders and purchase orders or through distributors and equipment manufacturers that package its products with their own. Israel supplies most revenue. Two customers account for a majority of sales, and most customer relationships lack long-term contracts. Distributor orders can generally be canceled or rescheduled before shipment without significant penalty.

Military demand depends on government funding and approved procurement plans. Silynxcom is an authorized supplier to Israel’s Ministry of Defense, and that business requires continued approval and security clearance. Its defense marketing abroad and exports are subject to Israeli licensing requirements that can restrict where and how it sells.
