Company overview

Streamex Corp.’s main business is Streamex Exchange, a platform for issuers to create investment tokens backed by real-world assets and for institutions and qualified investors to use them. It is initially focused on gold. The company plans to charge issuers and platform users for issuing tokens, transactions and platform access, rather than primarily earn money as a commodity trader. GLDY subscriptions have begun, but these activities have not yet generated material revenue.

GLDY is a security token representing an interest in a Cayman Islands special-purpose vehicle that holds physical gold and leases it through a program administered by Monetary Metals. It is designed to give investors exposure to gold prices and income from leasing, rather than ownership of a particular gold bar. The offering is limited to accredited and qualified investors. Streamex depends heavily on Monetary Metals and outside gold custodians to support this product; its intended business remains concentrated in gold.

Turning subscriptions into meaningful fee income depends on investor adoption and workable trading markets. The tokens are not currently listed on exchanges, and Streamex has not engaged market makers. It operates under a Canadian exempt market dealer registration but has not obtained formal regulatory approvals outside Canada, limiting cross-border expansion and trading.

Streamex also continues its legacy biomedical business. Its PURE EP Platform provides cardiac electrical-signal data during procedures to treat abnormal heart rhythms. Historically, this business earned revenue from platform sales and support services; its current emphasis has shifted toward developing proprietary software algorithms.
