SIMPPLE LTD. helps building owners, facilities-management companies and service contractors manage cleaning, security and other building operations. Its SIMPPLE Ecosystem connects staff, robots and connected sensors through software, allowing customers to monitor work and control robots remotely. Customers can buy individual components or use them together.
Robotic equipment supplies most of its revenue. Customers pay for the hardware and for configuration, training and related services; some arrangements also carry monthly subscriptions. Its SIMPPLE Software business earns setup fees and recurring user-licence fees, with subscriptions generally tied to customers’ facilities-management contracts. Building-service contractors are particularly important software customers.
Revenue comes overwhelmingly from Singapore, and Changi Airport Group is a major customer. The robotics business relies on outside manufacturers and continuing distribution agreements, rather than manufacturing all equipment itself. Key suppliers include CenoBots and Shanghai Gaoxian; SIMPPLE holds exclusive Singapore distribution rights for specified CenoBots products and contractual Singapore distribution rights for Gaoxian’s Ecobot line.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
SIMPPLE LTD.’s results hinge on facilities-management automation spending in Singapore and Australia and robot supply from CenoBots and Shanghai Gaoxian, rather than the supplied consulting and defense-services companies.
