Company

Company overview

Springview Holdings Ltd operates through Springview Singapore, which serves homeowners and commercial customers. It can provide design input and act as the main contractor, or carry out construction alone. Residential work brings in most revenue, and new construction is the largest source; rebuilding and additions or alterations to existing buildings also contribute substantially.

Customers pay under individual project contracts rather than recurring service agreements. Springview submits monthly claims for completed work, which customers must approve before payment. It finds projects through tenders and referrals, and relies on major and former customers to invite it to bid and award work. A small group of customers supplies nearly all revenue, so replacing completed projects and collecting approved payments are central to the business.

Springview estimates project time and costs before agreeing to contracts, so overruns can reduce what it earns. It must also maintain its Singapore building licence to provide substantially all its services; losing that licence would prevent it from carrying out that work.

Springview Holdings Ltd’s results hinge chiefly on winning a handful of Singapore residential and commercial projects, completion progress and subcontractor costs—not broad international homebuilding trends.

  • FBS Global Limited shares Springview Holdings Ltd’s exposure to Singapore project demand and construction costs: Springview builds and renovates properties for residential and commercial customers, while FBS earns revenue from construction and interior fit-out work, including work for other contractors. Watch FBS’s partition and ceiling work revenue for clues to local project activity, keeping in mind that revenue shifts with project size and completion stage.
