SuperCom helps public agencies and other customers identify, track and monitor people and assets. Its IoT business generates most of its revenue, combining devices, wireless connections and software. The PureSecurity Suite supports GPS tracking, home confinement and alcohol monitoring, while PureMonitor lets agencies manage monitoring through cloud-based software. Customers buy or rent equipment and pay for monitoring, typically per person per day or at a fixed monthly rate. Product sales bring in most revenue overall; services contribute a smaller share, including recurring support and maintenance.
Smaller businesses help governments enroll citizens, issue secure identity documents and manage border checks, and help organizations protect data on computers through Safend software.
Revenue is concentrated among a few large customers, so orders and renewals matter substantially. Many public-sector contracts require competitive bids and depend on government budgets; agencies can cancel contracts. Its wireless equipment must also meet applicable U.S. and European radio-frequency and power rules before it can be sold in those markets.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
SuperCom’s results depend chiefly on winning and delivering government electronic-monitoring contracts, making BI (GEO Group), Buddi and Sentinel more relevant competitors to watch than the semiconductor companies supplied for comparison.

SuperCom’s report will show whether electronic-monitoring and other service revenue can keep pace with product sales, making revenue less dependent on equipment shipments and a few large contracts.
Compare service revenue with product revenue, and read gross margin—the share of revenue left after direct costs—alongside them. Rising service revenue with a steady or higher margin would show deployed systems and long-term contracts generating more repeat business without eroding project profitability. Flat or falling service revenue with growth led by product shipments would show revenue still depends on equipment sales and contract timing, with project profitability exposed to product costs. The conclusion is whether SuperCom can turn projects into steadier service revenue while protecting gross margin.
