RenovoRx’s RenovoCath device helps deliver drugs near a tumor rather than throughout the body. Its TAMP platform uses the device to isolate a section of blood vessel near the tumor and apply pressure to move chemotherapy across the arterial wall. U.S. hospitals and cancer centers buy RenovoCath directly from the company, with cancer centers providing most sales. This standalone-device business is still at an early commercial stage, and revenue remains limited.
RenovoCath has FDA clearance and may be sold within its cleared uses. That clearance does not approve the company’s lead drug-device combination, IAG, which pairs gemcitabine with RenovoCath. RenovoRx is studying IAG in the Phase III TIGeR-PaC trial for locally advanced pancreatic cancer and needs FDA approval before marketing it in the United States.
Device supply depends on Medical Murray, its single-source contract manufacturer. RenovoRx has engaged another manufacturer as a backup.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
RenovoRx’s results hinge on cancer centers adopting RenovoCath, pancreatic-cancer trial outcomes and reliable catheter supply from its single-source manufacturer, Medical Murray.
TriSalus Life Sciences, Inc. competes with RenovoRx for hospitals’ use of catheters to deliver treatment to tumors, selling pressure-modulating TriNav while RenovoRx sells RenovoCath to hospitals and cancer centers. Watch TriNav sales to U.S. hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, chiefly for liver-cancer procedures, as a measure of adoption in this overlapping market.
NovoCure Limited’s Optune Pax competes for the locally advanced pancreatic-cancer patients RenovoRx aims to treat with chemotherapy delivered through RenovoCath; NovoCure sells devices that apply electric fields, while RenovoRx’s drug-device combination is not yet approved for sale. Watch patient uptake of Optune Pax, which already has U.S. FDA approval for use with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel.
AngioDynamics, Inc. competes with RenovoRx for adoption by clinicians treating tumors through interventional procedures, selling NanoKnife tumor-ablation technology rather than RenovoCath’s chemotherapy-delivery catheter. Watch its progress in locally advanced pancreatic-cancer treatment, where both companies are pursuing patients.

NovoCure’s report will show how Optune Pax is being adopted among U.S. pancreatic-cancer patients, a group RenovoRx also aims to treat with a different approach.
Look for evidence of Optune Pax adoption in locally advanced pancreatic cancer. More use would show that clinicians and patients are taking up an approved alternative, raising the competitive hurdle for RenovoRx’s still-unapproved drug-device combination. Limited use would show that demand for this approach has not yet emerged; it would not establish that patients will choose RenovoRx instead.

RenovoRx’s report will show whether cancer centers are reordering RenovoCath and new institutions are buying it, revealing whether sales of the device are expanding.
Read RenovoCath sales revenue alongside gross profit, the amount left after device costs. If both rise, more hospital purchases are leaving more after those costs; if revenue rises but gross profit does not keep pace, sales growth is not yet bringing a matching contribution after costs. Then see whether growth comes from repeat orders or new institutions: that shows whether commercialization is deepening at existing centers or still depends on winning customers.
