Company

Company overview

Algorhythm Holdings arranges long-haul, full-truckload freight through SemiCab. Most revenue comes from India, where large consumer-products companies and other shippers pay it to manage transportation. SemiCab bids for contracts covering selected routes and earns revenue as it delivers customers’ loads. The company sold Singing Machine, its former home-karaoke business, and no longer operates it.

SemiCab’s cloud-based platform uses real-time freight data and AI to coordinate loads and truck capacity across customers and routes, including identifying return trips. Algorhythm also offers access to the platform through Apex subscriptions for shippers, carriers and third-party logistics providers, which use it to manage freight networks and shipment operations. It is marketing these subscriptions in the United States and Europe.

The business relies heavily on a few customers: its three largest customers supply most of its revenue, with the largest alone contributing a substantial share. Retaining these customers and delivering their freight are central to its income.
