ReTo Eco-Solutions sells solid-waste treatment equipment, intelligent mining equipment and smart craft beer machines to businesses in environmental protection, construction, mining and food and beverage. It develops the equipment and has suppliers in China manufacture it to its specifications, then supports customers with installation, testing and after-sales assistance. Equipment and accessories generate most revenue; technical consulting and other services contribute a smaller share.
The company has exited its former construction-materials manufacturing, ecological-restoration and IoT software businesses. It also sells craft beer to the catering industry through MeinMalzeBier’s sales network, but this remains a small part of the business.
Most sales now come from customers outside China, with the Middle East the largest equipment market. One customer supplies more than half of total revenue, so that customer’s orders and ability to pay matter greatly. Delivery also depends on third-party manufacturers obtaining inputs and meeting quality standards. ReTo operates through mainland China subsidiaries; Chinese profit-distribution and foreign-exchange rules restrict how cash can reach its British Virgin Islands holding company.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
ReTo Eco-Solutions’ results hinge on concentrated overseas equipment orders and outsourced manufacturing in China—one customer supplied 59% of 2025 revenue—but none of the supplied companies meaningfully tracks those dependencies.
