Erayak Power Solution Group Inc. makes equipment that converts electricity or generates power for vehicles, appliances, outdoor use and backup supply. Inverters, which convert direct current into alternating current, and gasoline generators bring in most of its revenue. Its main buyers are wholesalers, distributors and retailers; China accounts for most sales, with overseas markets providing the rest.
Manufacturing takes place primarily through its Chinese subsidiaries. Zhejiang Leiya builds products to customer specifications: it checks whether a design is feasible, supplies a prototype and quote for approval, then buys materials, manufactures and delivers the order. Erayak also sells directly through retail channels, including Amazon. Revenue depends on customer orders and their timing rather than one dominant buyer, while cash flow depends on customers paying their bills.
The listed company is a holding company whose funding depends on payments from its Chinese subsidiaries. Chinese rules limit subsidiary dividends to distributable profits and restrict currency conversion and cross-border transfers, so cash earned in China is not freely available to the offshore parent.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Erayak’s results depend chiefly on inverter and gasoline-generator orders from wholesalers and retailers in China and overseas, with distributor inventories, consumer spending and tariffs shaping demand.
Generac Holdings and Erayak compete for demand for generators and energy-storage products used in home backup and other independent-power applications. Generac’s residential product sales are worth watching for a read on that shared demand; gasoline generators accounted for about 42.29% of Erayak’s revenue in fiscal 2025.
GENERAC HOLDINGS INC earningsGNRC
Generac's residential product sales will show whether demand for home backup power is holding up in a market Erayak serves with generators and inverters.
Treat Generac's residential product sales as a demand signal, not a direct measure of Erayak's orders. Stronger sales would suggest home-backup demand is supporting the generator market; weaker sales would point to softer demand in a market the companies share. Gasoline generators made up about 42.29% of Erayak's fiscal 2025 revenue, so this report can indicate the direction of demand for a major product line, but cannot establish how Erayak's own sales performed.
