Company overview

Quanome Technologies’ established business is pharmaceutical distribution in China through Hupan Pharmaceutical. Infusion products account for most sales, alongside specialty prescription drugs and medical nutrition products. Hupan does not manufacture these products: it buys from manufacturers and suppliers, sells primarily through agents, and uses outside warehousing and logistics providers to deliver orders. Hospitals and large distributors provide a significant share of sales, and revenue is concentrated among several major customers.

The business depends on obtaining products on acceptable terms and winning orders through hospital procurement and bidding processes. China’s centralized purchasing programs and price controls affect selling prices and margins. Hupan’s licenses limit which product categories it may distribute; losing an authorization could stop sales of an entire category.

Quanome is also developing AI computing services through XDT Infrastructure I, LLC. It plans to own and operate servers, run customer-selected models and charge for computing capacity and managed infrastructure, rather than develop its own AI models. This business has no signed customer contracts or revenue yet, and U.S. export controls may restrict its equipment, customers and markets. Quantum-related work through Quantum Nexus also remains in development and evaluation, with no revenue.
