Company

Company overview

Q/C Technologies, Inc. is developing the qc-LPU100, a system designed to use light to perform complex calculations. It targets cryptocurrency and blockchain infrastructure operators, as well as users of AI computing on decentralized networks. These prospective customers would buy or lease its hardware, or pay for computing capacity through subscriptions or usage charges. These are planned business models, not established revenue sources: the company has not yet generated operating or product-sales revenue.

The prototypes remain in early development and have not completed performance validation or regulatory certifications. Commercialization depends on proving the technology, gaining customers and securing additional funding. The company relies on an exclusive global license and ongoing collaboration with LightSolver Ltd. for the core technology; losing that relationship could prevent commercialization. Export controls and sanctions may also restrict where and to whom it can sell. It has funded operations mainly by selling common and preferred stock.

The company shifted its focus from pharmaceutical development to laser computing. It still holds the Isomyosamine and Supera-CBD drug candidates, but does not expect revenue from those assets and is considering selling or licensing them, potentially to fund its computing business.

Q/C Technologies’ prospects depend on validating and commercializing the laser-computing technology it licenses exclusively from LightSolver Ltd. and securing substantial additional funding—not on its legacy pharmaceutical industry peers.
