Company

Company overview

Planet Green Holdings Corp. is a holding company with operating subsidiaries in China and Canada. Diesel sales supply most of its revenue. Its Jingshan Sanhe business manufactures and distributes fuel products, selling diesel, alcohol-based fuel and methanol fuel additives to transport providers, fleet operators and industrial customers. Sales reach customers directly, through refueling facilities and through cooperation with commercial partners.

The company also processes tea leaves into dark tea, chiefly compressed Qingzhuan brick tea, and sells mainly to regional distributors and wholesalers in China. Its fuel and tea businesses rely on materials bought from multiple domestic suppliers.

Its Fast Approach subsidiary runs digital advertising campaigns in China and North America for advertisers seeking exposure, new users and sales. It buys advertising placements and adjusts campaigns using performance data, following advertisers’ strategies rather than developing them. Advertising currently contributes very little revenue.
