Company

Company overview

Pinnacle Food Group helps customers set up and operate vertical farms, hydroponic growing systems and greenhouses. Commercial clients are now its main focus, although it still serves households and community groups. Equipment sales bring in most revenue, including sales of its PFAI Model A+ containerized growing systems. It also earns from construction and consulting, including greenhouse projects using Model T, while Farming as a Service subscriptions contribute a smaller share. These subscriptions supply planting consumables such as seeds and nutrients together with technical advice and support.

A small group of customers supplies most revenue. Pinnacle also depends on outside manufacturers: Seonwo is its principal supplier, and neither Seonwo nor Banjia has a long-term supply agreement with the company. Pinnacle needs additional financing to sustain operations.

Separately, Pinnacle is developing a bio-engineering business with Bioboost Synbio Consulting Inc. It is researching how to use engineered yeast to produce proteins, including recombinant human lactoferrin. This remains an early-stage research effort, not an established commercial business. Commercial launch depends on further development and testing, and food-ingredient use requires regulatory review; its laboratories must also meet biosafety requirements.
