Paranovus Entertainment Technology Ltd. is a holding company whose business operates principally through its majority-owned U.S. subsidiary Bomie Wookoo Inc. (BW). BW’s WooKoo business buys products such as women’s handbags and gift items for resale to consumers through TikTok Shops and other online channels. Merchants also pay BW to run their stores, organize livestreams and influencer campaigns, and place advertisements that help generate sales.
Wholesale product sales previously supplied most revenue. Bomie bought branded sneakers and other consumer goods from suppliers and resold them to wholesalers, distributors and resellers. Its core distribution business has since stopped generating revenue. Paranovus now plans to put greater emphasis on e-commerce and merchant services, while leaving open the possibility of further offline sales.
The online business relies heavily on TikTok access, influencers’ ability to attract buyers, and merchants’ willingness to spend on the platform. Revenue has also been concentrated among a few customers, while most purchases have come from a small number of suppliers. Platform restrictions or bans could constrain operations, and advertising-disclosure and personal-data rules govern how BW promotes products and uses customer information.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Paranovus’s outlook depends more on rebuilding Bomie and growing higher-margin merchant services and online sales within TikTok’s ecosystem—and thus on TikTok’s policies and merchant demand—than on these loose public-company comparisons.
Onfolio and Paranovus overlap in selling marketing services to online businesses, while both also sell goods directly to consumers. Onfolio’s digital agencies and search-marketing services offer a comparison for Paranovus’s fees from merchants paying for TikTok store management, livestreaming and advertising, rather than for its handbag and gift sales.

Onfolio's report will show whether online businesses are still paying for outside marketing services, a demand signal for Paranovus's TikTok store management, livestreaming and advertising services.
If Onfolio's digital-agency and search-marketing business holds up or improves, online businesses are still buying outside marketing services—a supportive demand signal for Paranovus's merchant services. If that business weakens, marketing budgets may be under pressure, but it does not prove that Paranovus's clients or TikTok spending are moving the same way. Onfolio's direct-to-consumer goods are a separate business, not a measure of agency demand.

Offline product sales bring Paranovus most of its revenue but have a thin gross margin, so this report will show whether product sales add more gross profit and services continue to support the business.
Read offline and online product revenue alongside the gross profit each brings in, then compare both with service revenue and gross profit. If product gross profit rises while service revenue holds or grows, both sales and services are supporting the business. If product revenue rises but its gross profit stays thin as service revenue weakens, sales growth is not building a sturdier earnings base.
