NIP Group’s largest business is managing online entertainers through eStar Entertainment. It helps them develop and distribute gaming-related content, then earns advertising, sponsorship and live-streaming service fees. Event production is its next-largest revenue source: eStar Event plans and runs esports events for game developers, publishers, streaming platforms and institutions, which pay service fees, while brands pay for sponsorship and advertising. Its Ninjas in Pyjamas and eStar Gaming teams also earn sponsorship income and a share of league revenue, but team operations contribute less revenue than those two businesses.
The entertainment business depends on popular creators, engaged fans and competitive teams attracting advertisers and sponsors. FILA and Red Bull are among its brand partners. A small group of large customers provides a substantial portion of revenue, including one customer with a sizable contribution. Chinese performance businesses require licenses, and restrictions on foreign ownership of certain internet businesses mean some China operations are controlled through contracts rather than direct ownership.
NIP Group also mines Bitcoin, a business it began in the second half of 2025. It contributes computing power to mining pools and receives Bitcoin rewards, which it can sell to meet expenses. Third-party providers operate and host its mining equipment. Returns depend on Bitcoin’s price, its computing power relative to the wider network, and electricity and hosting costs.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Watch Huya for NIP Group Inc.’s entertainer monetization, alongside esports event commissions and an expanding mining operation exposed to Bitcoin prices, network difficulty and hosting costs.
NIP Group Inc.’s gaming entertainers stream on DouYu, tying NIP’s advertising, sponsorship and livestreaming fees to audiences that DouYu earns money from through virtual gifts and advertising-related services. Watch DouYu’s virtual-gift revenue for a read on spending by gaming livestream viewers in China.
NIP Group Inc. borrows from Antalpha Platform Holding Company to pay mining-machine hosting costs, while Antalpha earns fees from financing and monitoring collateral for Bitcoin-industry customers. NIP had pledged all its Bitcoin at December 31, 2025, making the collateral value behind these loans a concrete funding risk to watch as Bitcoin prices move.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
For NIP Group, the Fed’s decision tracks the benchmark rate that influences borrowing costs, which can change what the company pays on rate-sensitive debt and new loans.

If it comes in above expectations
If the rate is above the estimate, higher economy-wide borrowing costs could make NIP Group’s rate-sensitive funding and new loans more expensive, raising interest costs and weighing on results.
If it comes in below expectations
If the rate is below the estimate, lower economy-wide borrowing costs could make NIP Group’s rate-sensitive funding and new loans cheaper, easing interest costs and supporting results.
Antalpha Platform Holding Company earningsANTA
Antalpha Platform Holding Company finances Bitcoin-industry customers and monitors their collateral, so its report will show how that financing business is faring—a relevant signal for NIP Group, which borrowed from Antalpha to pay mining-machine hosting costs.
Look at whether Antalpha’s financing activity and related fee income remain healthy. Growth would suggest that this Bitcoin-industry funding channel is active, but would not establish that NIP Group’s loan terms or collateral are safe. Weakness would make the channel a less reassuring source for NIP Group’s hosting costs, especially since it had pledged all its Bitcoin as collateral.
DouYu International Holdings Limited earningsDOYU
DouYu’s report will show how much gaming livestream viewers in China spend on virtual gifts, while NIP Group’s managed entertainers stream on DouYu and depend on audiences and advertisers to generate revenue.
Watch DouYu’s virtual-gift revenue. Growth would point to stronger spending by gaming livestream viewers, a healthier backdrop for NIP Group’s entertainers to draw audiences and earn livestreaming shares and advertising or sponsorship fees. A decline would signal weaker viewer spending and more demand pressure on that part of NIP’s business.
