ENDRA Life Sciences is developing TAEUS to measure liver fat without an invasive procedure, helping assess metabolic disease and monitor treatment. The device works alongside a conventional ultrasound scanner: radio-frequency pulses cause tissue to emit ultrasound signals, which TAEUS processes to estimate fat content. Intended buyers include pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations screening and monitoring trial participants, as well as primary-care and metabolic clinics. ENDRA plans to charge monthly under multi-year subscriptions, while also offering equipment sales with maintenance and upgrades.
TAEUS has not yet generated product revenue. ENDRA must obtain the relevant regulatory approvals before selling or licensing its applications, including FDA clearance before U.S. marketing. It relies on outside manufacturers, including StarFish Product Engineering, to build its devices. Continued development and commercialization require additional financing; the company has reduced staffing and is evaluating strategic alternatives, including a possible sale or merger.
ENDRA also holds cryptocurrency and has engaged an asset manager for its digital-asset treasury strategy. These holdings pay no interest or dividends: generating cash requires selling them or implementing separate income-producing strategies, so they are not a recurring source of operating income.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
ENDRA's prospects hinge on approval and adoption of its liver-fat device, which has yet to generate revenue, against alternatives from GE HealthCare and rivals outside this list, including Philips and Siemens Healthineers.
GE HealthCare competes with ENDRA's planned TAEUS liver-fat device by selling hospitals, health systems and researchers ultrasound and MRI systems that offer alternative ways to assess liver fat. Watch developments in those systems for signs of the competition ENDRA must overcome to win adoption.

GE HealthCare’s report will show demand from hospitals, health systems and researchers for its ultrasound and MRI systems, revealing the competitive pressure those alternatives create as ENDRA seeks adoption of TAEUS.
Look at demand for GE HealthCare’s imaging equipment and whether its report shows hospitals, health systems and researchers continuing to use ultrasound and MRI systems. Steady demand means ENDRA must overcome competition from established equipment to win customers for TAEUS; weaker demand would soften that signal, but would not prove customers will switch to TAEUS.

ENDRA has not yet earned revenue from TAEUS, so this report shows whether it can keep advancing the liver device toward regulatory clearance with limited cash.
Read operating cash use alongside progress on the liver device’s development and regulatory path. Controlled spending with continued progress would show that limited funds are still moving TAEUS toward review; faster cash use without progress would mean financing pressure could force further cuts to development or clinical work.
