Company

Company overview

Patients use Mobile-health Network Solutions’ MaNaDr app and website to consult doctors about common illnesses, chronic conditions and wellness needs. Doctors can provide prescriptions or refer patients for further examination. Private-sector teleconsultations generate most of the company’s revenue, and patients generally pay directly by credit card rather than seeking reimbursement from another payer.

A smaller business sells medicines and medical devices. MaNaPharma buys products from suppliers and sells them to clinics and other healthcare providers. MaNaShop/MaNaStore sells health products and services to consumers, both directly and through third-party vendors that pay marketplace commissions.

The business depends on patients returning for consultations, reliable technology and the doctors who deliver care. Medical licensing also limits its operations: Singapore’s Ministry of Health revoked MaNaDr Clinic Pte Ltd’s outpatient medical-services license. This concerns the named clinic, rather than a stated platform-wide ban. Its licensed pharmaceutical-wholesale business may sell only to eligible purchasers.

Mobile-health Network Solutions’ results hinge mainly on private MaNaDr’s teleconsultation volumes and its ability to provide licensed medical services after MaNaDr Clinic’s outpatient license was revoked, rather than on any company in this list.
