Lanvin Group owns and operates Lanvin, Wolford, St. John and Sergio Rossi. Their products range from Lanvin clothing and leather goods to Wolford legwear and bodywear, St. John womenswear and Sergio Rossi shoes. St. John and Wolford together generate most of the group’s revenue.
Consumers buying through directly operated stores and online shops provide the largest revenue stream. Department stores, specialist retailers and other wholesale customers also pay the group for products they resell. Brand licensing brings in a smaller stream of fees and royalties. North America is its largest market, followed by Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Sales depend on consumers’ willingness to spend on luxury fashion and the brands’ continued appeal, which also supports premium prices. The group must match production and inventory to changing tastes: surplus goods may need discounting, while shortages cost sales. Fosun International supplies shareholder loans for working capital. At the holding-company level, Lanvin Group also relies on distributions from operating subsidiaries, which local laws and debt agreements can limit.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Lanvin Group depends on luxury-fashion demand, especially in North America and Europe, while Sergio Rossi’s long-term factory supply involves Massimo Bonini Group—not the vehicle maker Massimo Group shown in the supplied list.
Zegna’s ZEGNA, Thom Browne and Tom Ford Fashion brands vie with Lanvin Group for buyers of luxury clothing and accessories. Watch ZEGNA brand revenue for a read on spending among luxury menswear customers, while Thom Browne and Tom Ford Fashion also reach women buyers.
Canada Goose competes with Lanvin Group’s ready-to-wear for affluent clothing buyers through its luxury outerwear and lifestyle apparel. Its outerwear sales offer a view of that customer group, but are more exposed to weather than Lanvin Group’s clothing business.
Interparfums, Inc. sells prestige fragrances and owns the Lanvin name and trademarks for fragrances, linking it to Lanvin Group’s fashion brand without establishing a current royalty-paying customer relationship. Watch whether the seller exercises its right to buy those rights back on July 1, 2027 for €70 million.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
Lanvin Group’s borrowing-dependent funding for its four luxury brands makes US interest-rate decisions relevant because they can change the cost or availability of new or repricing debt.

If it comes in above expectations
If rates rise, new or repricing loans could cost Lanvin Group more, increasing the cash its brands need to direct to interest and leaving less for operations or growth.
If it comes in below expectations
If rates fall, new or repricing loans could cost Lanvin Group less, easing interest payments and leaving its brands more cash for operations or growth.

Canada Goose’s report shows whether affluent shoppers are still buying premium apparel, a customer pool that overlaps with Lanvin Group’s ready-to-wear business.
Watch Canada Goose’s outerwear sales, bearing in mind that weather can move them. Growth suggests affluent shoppers remain willing to buy premium apparel, a supportive signal for Lanvin Group’s ready-to-wear demand. A decline could point to more cautious spending, but could also reflect weather, so it is not direct evidence that Lanvin Group’s demand has weakened.
Retail Sales MoM (Oct)
Retail sales track what consumers spend at stores, and stronger or weaker spending can change customer purchases of Lanvin Group’s luxury-brand products in its stores and online, affecting product-sale revenue.
For Lanvin Group, rising retail sales suggest consumers are spending more, which may support purchases of its luxury-brand products in stores and online; falling sales suggest weaker spending that may reduce those purchases and product-sale revenue.
