iOThree Limited serves ship managers, offshore companies and marine transport businesses, mostly in Southeast Asia, that need shipboard communications and IT systems. It supplies and installs hardware and software, maintains vessel networks and provides technical support. Equipment and related service work generate most revenue, with IT support the largest business line.
For satellite connectivity, customers buy or lease onboard equipment and pay monthly for airtime and bandwidth supplied through satellite operators. These subscriptions are another major revenue source. Customers also pay installation charges and monthly fees for JARVISS, its platform connecting shipboard systems to the cloud and bringing company-developed and third-party applications together for vessel management and real-time operational information.
A small group of large customers supplies a majority of revenue. Delivering its services depends on satellite operators, cloud providers and equipment and software suppliers. Satellite equipment must meet licensing and usage rules in customer markets, including restrictions on radio frequencies and use in territorial waters.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
iOThree’s results hinge on maritime connectivity and IT spending, with Navarino and Marlink key competitors and its rollout of lower-margin Starlink services weighing on connectivity margins.
KVH Industries Inc competes with iOThree for commercial maritime customers buying shipboard satellite equipment, Internet airtime and bandwidth-management services. Watch KVH’s airtime sales for a read on spending on shipboard connectivity—the same recurring service business for which iOThree charges monthly subscriptions.
Viasat Inc, including its Inmarsat business, competes with iOThree for maritime customers’ spending on satellite connectivity and the terminals used to connect ships.
Iridium Communications Inc. competes for maritime customers’ voice and data spending through satellite services that overlap with the shipboard airtime and communications services sold by iOThree.

KVH Industries’ report will show how commercial shipowners are spending on satellite airtime, the same recurring shipboard connectivity service iOThree sells.
Watch KVH’s airtime sales. Growth would suggest commercial shipowners still want shipboard satellite connectivity, a supportive demand signal for iOThree’s connectivity subscriptions. A decline would suggest customers are cutting spending on that shared service, putting pressure on iOThree’s subscription growth.
