Company

Company overview

Intelligent Living Application Group Inc. supplies importers and builders with mechanical locks for indoor and exterior doors, along with related hardware. It designs and makes the products at its Xingfa factory in Dongguan, China, and earns money from product sales. Its Hong Kong subsidiary Kambo Locksets handles sales mainly to the United States and Canada. It also sells its own Bamberg brand through online shops, including Amazon.com.

Most revenue comes from the United States, and a small group of major customers supplies the bulk of sales. The business therefore depends heavily on their repeat orders. U.S. tariffs have led customers to order less and forced the company to absorb some tariff costs through lower selling prices and margins.

Production also depends on Xingfa’s Dongguan facilities. Lock manufacturing and electroplating must meet Chinese environmental and workplace-safety requirements, including stricter wastewater rules for electroplating. Violations can lead to fines or production suspension.
