Company

Company overview

HUHUTECH International Group helps semiconductor manufacturers supply high-purity gases and chemicals to production equipment and monitor factory operations. Its gas delivery systems connect high-purity gas plants to customers’ manufacturing equipment and generate most of its revenue. It also supplies systems that let customers centrally monitor and control factory utilities, including gas, water and power.

Customers pay for customized projects that combine design, software configuration, equipment and installation. Most revenue comes from system integration under fixed-price contracts; equipment sales alongside these projects provide a smaller revenue stream. Customers generally pay an advance and make further payments during production, with a final balance held back until after delivery, subject to customer satisfaction.

China and Japan account for most of the business. Revenue depends on winning and executing customer projects, and one customer supplies a substantial share of total revenue. The Cayman Islands parent operates through subsidiaries and depends on their distributions for parent-level cash. Chinese subsidiaries can distribute only eligible accumulated profits after meeting statutory reserve requirements, and remittances abroad are subject to foreign-exchange procedures.
