Game Your Game helps golfers record their shots and use that information to make playing decisions. Its GameGolf KZN AI device detects shots and pairs them with GPS locations. The GameGolf App and Performance Dashboard let users review their rounds, while Smart Caddie combines shot records with a golfer’s past performance to recommend clubs and playing strategies.
Golfers currently buy directly through online platforms. The company charges for the device, which includes a complimentary first year of software access, then charges an annual subscription starting on the anniversary of setup. Shot tracking and round-data capture require both the device and an active subscription. The company describes KZN AI as a beta product ahead of commercial launch; revenue remains minimal while it develops the hardware and software.
The usefulness of its recommendations depends on reliable golf-performance data. Development and operations also depend on further financing: Grafiti and Streeterville have supplied loans and advances, and continued funding is not assured. The Streeterville financing agreement limits new borrowing and equity issuance without its consent, subject to exceptions.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Game Your Game’s results hinge on turning its beta golf-tracking platform into device sales and subscription renewals against rivals including Arccos and ShotScope, neither shown here.
Garmin competes with Game Your Game for golfers buying shot-tracking devices for GPS-based performance data, but its much broader business makes overall results a less direct comparison. Watch Garmin’s golf devices within its outdoor business for competition facing Game Your Game’s tracking hardware and subscription software.

Garmin’s report will show how its golf devices are selling, offering a read on competition for buyers of Game Your Game’s tracking hardware.
Focus on golf devices within Garmin’s outdoor business, not just Garmin’s total results: its broader business can obscure the golf market. Strong golf-device sales would show that golfers are still paying for GPS tracking, intensifying competition for Game Your Game’s KZN hardware and subscriptions. Weak sales would suggest softer demand for this kind of product, but would not establish how Game Your Game itself is selling.
