Company

Company overview

Grande Group operates mainly through Hong Kong corporate-finance adviser Grande Capital. Companies and shareholders pay it to advise on acquisitions, investments and regulatory compliance, coordinate listings, and sponsor Hong Kong IPOs. Advisory and referral work together generate most revenue. Clients generally pay fixed advisory fees as projects reach agreed milestones; financial institutions and other professional firms pay referral fees when Grande Capital introduces fundraising clients. Yellow River Securities Limited is its largest revenue-generating client, through referrals.

The group also supplies executive-training course materials through Shenzhen Zhenjing in Mainland China and provides corporate-finance consulting. Independent course operators buy or license the materials and handle student recruitment and delivery; Grande does not teach end users directly. Guangdong Shitong Film & Television Media Co., Ltd. is a major course-material customer, so this income depends on downstream providers as well as demand for the content.

Much of the group's revenue comes from a few clients, and advisory projects do not automatically repeat after completion. It must keep winning mandates, while Hong Kong fundraising activity, client readiness and regulatory approvals affect project progress and fee collection. Wicens International has begun underwriting, placing and brokerage operations but had not generated recognized revenue as of the latest annual report.

The Hong Kong businesses must retain their securities licenses and meet continuing capital and staffing requirements. Grande Capital cannot hold client assets, and its securities dealing is limited to work connected with corporate-finance engagements. Its sponsorship work for Mainland Chinese listing applicants also falls under CSRC oversight. The group's ability to meet near-term obligations depends on continued financial support from Grande Holding Limited.

Grande’s results hinge on winning and completing concentrated corporate-finance mandates and on referrals from Yellow River Securities Limited, which supplied 29.9% of fiscal 2026 revenue.

  • Magic Empire Global Limited competes with Grande for fees from Hong Kong listing applicants and listed companies, helping them prepare and carry out IPOs and providing financial and compliance advice. Its IPO sponsorship and listed-company advisory business is worth watching for demand in the same client pool Grande serves.

  • Chaince Digital Holdings Inc. overlaps with Grande in advising corporate issuers in Greater China on preparing to raise capital, meeting regulatory requirements and carrying out business transactions. Watch demand from those corporate clients for Chaince’s advisory services, rather than its broader business serving institutions across the United States and Southeast Asia.
