Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd. provides amusement parks, rides and supporting facilities for third-party operators to run. It previously operated the parks itself, charging visitors for rides and attractions, but has since leased all its parks to Fuzhou Yibang Amusement Park Co., Ltd. Rental income now supplies most of its revenue; its leasing arrangements also include agreed shares of tenant revenue. The company does not directly manage park operations.
This makes Fuzhou Yibang the central paying partner. Income depends on the operator continuing to run the parks, paying rent and maintaining the leased assets. Visitor attendance and park revenue affect revenue-sharing payments and tenants’ ability to meet rent obligations.
The parks stand on land leased from local governments, so the business also depends on keeping those land leases. Tongling West Lake Amusement World and Yueyang Amusement World lack required provincial development-authority approvals, although local construction filings were confirmed and no penalties had been imposed as of the latest annual report. Leasing the parks does not remove Golden Heaven’s potential legal responsibility as asset owner for tenants’ safety or regulatory violations.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Golden Heaven’s results now depend mainly on Fuzhou Yibang paying its long-term park rents and on keeping the underlying property leases in place, rather than on how the entertainment companies in this list perform.
