Company

Company overview

GD Culture Group Limited is shifting from digital-human creation, live streaming and e-commerce toward interactive reading through its U.S. subsidiary AI Catalysis. It discontinued livestreaming gaming in January 2025. Its new platform would help creators generate plots and visuals with AI and let readers converse with story characters. The platform remains under development and has not launched commercially.

The company plans to sell access to premium stories and additional in-app content, and may share revenue from third-party creators’ content. This model depends on attracting creators who supply appealing stories and readers willing to engage and pay. With no established recurring operating income, the company depends on additional financing; its CEO has pledged continuing financial support.

GD Culture Group also holds a substantial Bitcoin reserve through Pallas Capital Holding, which has no other operations. This is a long-term asset holding rather than a content business: its value depends on Bitcoin prices, while digital-asset rules may restrict holding, transferring or realizing value from it.
