GameSquare Holdings helps brands reach gamers and young audiences by creating campaigns, producing content and arranging partnerships with creators and esports talent. Agency services bring in most of its revenue: Zoned provides gaming and lifestyle marketing, while Code Red and Click represent talent. The business depends on retaining brand clients and talent, negotiating contracts and securing sponsorships and event opportunities.
Its next-largest revenue source is the brands and content it owns and operates. FaZe Esports earns money from brand sponsorships, consumer products and esports activities. GameSquare also sells software and related services; Sideqik, for example, helps brands and agencies find creators and measure influencer campaigns. Across these businesses, audience reach and advertising and sponsorship income depend substantially on third-party social and streaming platforms, whose distribution and monetization rules GameSquare does not control.
GameSquare also holds Ethereum directly and through a fund, and its digital-asset treasury strategy produces a smaller stream of yield income. This adds exposure to Ethereum alongside the media business. GameSquare is not registered as an investment company; if Ethereum were classified as a security and its investment assets crossed the applicable legal threshold, it might need to sell Ethereum or change its asset mix to avoid investment-company regulation.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
GameSquare depends on brands’ gaming and creator-marketing budgets, with privately held 100 Thieves another rival to watch, alongside its digital-asset treasury exposure.
Super League Enterprise and GameSquare compete for brands’ and agencies’ spending on gaming-focused advertising and influencer content. Super League’s revenue from campaigns reaching U.S. video-game players offers a read on the advertiser demand GameSquare depends on.
All In FutureTech Alliance competes with GameSquare for brands’ spending on gaming content, influencer campaigns and programs that engage fans. Its creator campaigns and esports events offer a window into brands’ appetite for reaching gaming audiences.
BTCS and GameSquare share exposure to Ether prices and yield conditions: BTCS earns revenue in Ether from blockchain infrastructure and decentralized finance, while GameSquare holds Ether in its treasury.
Bit Digital and GameSquare both hold Ether as a treasury asset, so Ether prices and staking returns can affect both stocks despite their different operating businesses.

BTCS’s report will show whether Ether-based blockchain and decentralized-finance revenue points to a supportive or weaker backdrop for the Ether GameSquare holds in its treasury.
Look at BTCS’s Ether-denominated blockchain infrastructure and decentralized-finance revenue, alongside its account of Ether prices and yield conditions. Stronger revenue or improving conditions would point to a more supportive environment for Ether-related activity and for the value and liquidity of GameSquare’s treasury holdings; weaker figures or conditions would highlight pressure on those holdings and the company’s financial flexibility.

GameSquare’s report will show how much of its agency revenue growth turns into gross profit after the cost of delivering campaigns.
Read Agency revenue alongside Agency gross profit, and note whether growth came mainly from new offerings or acquired business. If gross profit rises with revenue, GameSquare is keeping more from its creator campaigns and creative marketing as they expand. If revenue grows but gross profit lags, delivery costs are absorbing much of the added sales, so a larger agency business is not yet translating into stronger economics.
