Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. helps vehicle and equipment makers detect obstacles by using synchronized cameras to build a three-dimensional view of their surroundings. Its QuadSight and ScaleCam technology can be supplied as software for existing sensors or as systems with processing hardware and cameras. Customers typically evaluate prototypes before paying for a proof-of-concept project; successful testing can lead to customer-specific development and, eventually, production orders or software licenses.
Revenue remains small and comes mainly from commercialization through Elbit Systems and paid proof-of-concept projects. Elbit is a major revenue partner and exclusively markets Foresight’s image-processing software to defense and security customers; an end customer has licensed it for autonomous defense vehicles. SUNWAY has also received ScaleCam systems for autonomous logistics and robotic vehicles, but broader production sales still depend on customer demand and successful development.
Its subsidiary Eye-Net Mobile addresses hazards beyond camera visibility. Eye-Net Protect delivers collision warnings through smartphones and other connected devices and is being integrated into third-party apps. Eye-Net Sense uses the same cellular approach as an add-on for vehicle systems and remains in customer testing. Paid Eye-Net trials contribute revenue, but these activities have not yet established substantial recurring sales.
Foresight remains a development-stage business funded primarily through share issuance. It depends on turning trials into commercial sales and securing further financing. Israeli Innovation Authority rules also require approval for certain overseas transfers of grant-supported technology or manufacturing rights, although most current solutions do not use the covered technology.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Foresight’s results hinge on turning trials and prospective agreements with partners including SUNWAY and KONEC/GINT into production sales, not on disclosed potential contract values alone.
Elbit Systems is an established revenue channel for Foresight, licensing its image-processing software to defense customers for autonomous vehicles and contributing $162,000 of Foresight’s $398,000 revenue in 2025. Watch further software licenses to Elbit’s defense customers, rather than its broader defense-system sales.
Mobileye competes with Foresight’s camera-based perception systems for automakers’ and suppliers’ vehicle-safety and autonomous-driving programs, selling technology that helps vehicles detect their surroundings and assist drivers. Its commercially deployed driver-assistance systems generated substantially all its fiscal 2025 revenue, making that revenue line the one to watch for this rivalry.
Rail Vision competes for rail-safety applications with the obstacle-detection system Foresight is developing with StreamRail for urban-tram and metro customers, selling camera-based systems that identify hazards and alert train operators. Watch its MainLine orders and pilots for passenger and freight trains as evidence of customer uptake of railway camera detection, while Foresight’s planned sales remain conditional on successful development.
VisionWave competes in defense sensing and autonomous platforms that overlap with Foresight’s defense perception and autonomous-drone work, selling products and licensing technology to defense contractors and governments. Watch customer trials of its vision, radar and autonomous-aircraft products: several remain in trials or demonstrations, and it does not disclose revenue by product line.
Mobileye Global Inc. earningsMBLY
Mobileye’s report will show how demand is changing for deployed driver-assistance systems, which compete with Foresight’s perception products for automaker and supplier programs.
Focus on revenue from deployed driver-assistance systems, not Mobileye’s total results as a direct measure of demand for perception technology. If that revenue strengthens, automakers and suppliers are still deploying these systems, so Foresight faces an active field of competing programs. If it weakens, deployment or sales may be under pressure, but that does not show that Foresight will benefit or lose programs. The report gauges the market around Foresight, not its own project wins.
Elbit Systems Ltd earningsESLT
If Elbit Systems reports licensing software to defense customers, its results will show whether this established revenue channel for Foresight is still advancing.
Look for explicit mention of licenses to defense customers for image-processing software used in autonomous vehicles; growth in Elbit Systems’ broader defense sales is not a substitute. New licenses or related commercial activity would show that this channel may continue to generate revenue for Foresight. If the report gives no such evidence, or relevant activity weakens, growth in the channel is unconfirmed, but that alone does not prove licensing has stopped. The conclusion depends on evidence tied directly to these software licenses.
