Company

Company overview

Most of FiEE, Inc.’s revenue comes from customers paying to build their online presence. Customers buy service packages through its software portal and pay upfront for account management, content creation, publishing and promotion; they can also purchase additional customized content. In its standard creator partnerships, FiEE controls content operations and keeps revenue from advertising, livestream sales and brand collaborations unless the contract provides otherwise. Almost all revenue comes from customers outside the United States.

Smaller businesses develop customized software and authenticate artworks. Software clients pay for systems built to their requirements and ongoing maintenance. Through its Japanese subsidiary HGK, FiEE charges artwork owners for authentication using microscopic analysis and AI image comparisons, with results recorded on blockchain and in digital records of provenance and ownership.

FiEE has ended its former networking-hardware business, and its digital-services business remains early-stage. Revenue depends on retaining customers, increasing their use of services and selling higher-tier plans. The company also needs additional funding to continue operations; management has raised substantial doubt about its ability to continue without further financing and operating improvements.

FiEE's results now depend mainly on winning and keeping customers for its creator-focused digital content services, rather than on the networking hardware demand that drives most supplied candidates.
