Company

Company overview

Fabric.AI now focuses on managing digital assets and marketable securities rather than making electric vehicles. It buys tokens associated with networks and platforms that support stablecoin issuance, transfers, trading and lending—not stablecoins themselves. Its strategy includes FLUID, LINK and INJ. It aims to benefit if growth in stablecoin activity increases the value of these tokens; it does not directly collect the fees those platforms charge. Generating yield from its holdings is also a planned activity, not an established revenue source.

The company has no operating revenue and has funded itself mainly by selling equity and debt. Further token purchases depend heavily on additional financing, while the business depends on portfolio performance and keeping enough cash available. Its preferred-stock agreements impose minimum-cash requirements and restrictions on borrowing and securities issuance. Because digital assets and securities represent much of its assets, it could also face investment-company registration requirements that would restrict its business structure, although it believes registration is not currently required.

Its former vehicle business centered on the Vanish. Manufacturing remains paused while Fabric.AI re-engineers the vehicle, and the company may decide not to resume production or sales.
