Company overview

Enlivex Ltd. combines clinical drug development with a cryptocurrency treasury centered on RAIN. It has no saleable products and has generated no operating revenue; funding has come mainly from investors buying its securities and research grants.

Its lead candidate, Allocetra, is a cell therapy designed to restore balance in immune cells called macrophages, with development focused principally on knee osteoarthritis. It has no marketing approval in any country. Future product income depends on successful trials, regulatory approval and commercialization, which Enlivex currently intends to leave to third-party partners rather than its own sales force. Insurance and government reimbursement would also affect sales. Israeli research-grant rules restrict transfers of funded technology and manufacturing abroad without approval.

On the treasury side, Enlivex used money raised from investors to buy RAIN, the token of a decentralized prediction-market and options-trading protocol. It seeks returns from its holdings rather than selling services to the protocol’s users. Trading on the platform funds token buybacks and burns, an indirect mechanism that may benefit holders but does not guarantee returns. The treasury therefore depends heavily on RAIN’s value and on the protocol remaining able to operate under unsettled financial-market and gambling rules.
