Company

Company overview

E-Home Household Service Holdings serves mainly individuals and families in China. Appliance installation, repair and maintenance generate most of its revenue; household and commercial cleaning provide the other substantial revenue stream. Customers order through its website or WeChat platform, and E-Home matches their requests with local technicians or cleaners.

For appliance work, E-Home sets prices, collects customer payments, pays providers their agreed share and remains responsible for completing the order. It also sells replacement parts used in repairs. For cleaning, customers pay E-Home, which pays independent-contractor cleaners for their work; its commercial cleaning business also includes ongoing contracts for offices, schools and public venues.

Almost all on-site work comes from outside providers, so the business depends on keeping enough reliable technicians and cleaners available and bringing customers back for further orders. Most orders come from registered WeChat members, but revenue does not depend on a single large customer. Chinese privacy and data-protection requirements may require operational changes or prevent E-Home from offering certain services.
