T3 Defense is building a group of defense suppliers, with most customers based in Israel. It has moved away from financial-technology services by acquiring businesses that supply defense manufacturers, military and security organizations, and industrial customers. The transition remains early: T3 reported no operating revenue in its latest annual reporting, although businesses in its acquired portfolio already serve paying customers.
Customers pay these businesses to supply equipment or turn designs into working systems. B. Rimon Agencies distributes generators and field equipment under exclusive supplier agreements and builds specialized tactical vehicles. ITS designs and manufactures custom equipment for defense and industrial customers, including Netafim and Tritone Technologies. Positech makes motion-control systems that stabilize and point equipment on defense platforms, while Nimbus sells drones and provides maintenance, imaging and training services.
Software businesses address training and operational needs. Tiltan sells simulation, mapping and navigation software to Israeli defense companies, both directly and as a subcontractor; T-BAT supports navigation when GPS is unavailable. Zorronet connects existing cameras, sensors and other systems to help customers monitor sites and respond to events. It earns installation and integration fees and annual software-license payments.
The business depends on Israeli defense customers and access to regulated markets. T3 also holds exclusive U.S. defense and homeland-security distribution rights for BladeRanger drone payloads, but must meet purchase commitments to retain those rights. Export licenses and end-user restrictions govern its defense products. T3 lacks U.S. facility security clearances, limiting access to classified programs, and still needs to establish the compliance systems required for its move into U.S. defense contracting.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
T3 Defense's emerging defense operations depend on completing acquisitions and Israeli defense demand, with Israel Aerospace Industries and Rafael worth watching for supplier relationships and projects.
Elbit Systems supplies defense and security customers with military systems and commissioned T3's Zorronet to analyze camera footage with AI, giving T3 a customer as well as shared exposure to Israeli defense demand. Watch the pilot at an Israeli military base: it expanded in February 2026, though the filing does not say when T3 recognizes revenue from it.
Elbit Systems Ltd earningsESLT
Elbit Systems’ defense sales and orders will show whether demand for military systems is holding up, a market signal for T3 Defense’s Israeli defense business.
Read Elbit Systems’ defense sales alongside new orders. If both hold up or grow, Israeli defense demand appears supportive of the market around T3 Defense; if both weaken, that backdrop is less supportive. Neither outcome shows whether Elbit expanded or paid for the Zorronet pilot, or when T3 Defense will recognize revenue from it.

T3 Defense’s report will show whether its acquired defense businesses are bringing revenue into the group while operating cash use remains manageable.
Read operating revenue alongside cash used in operations, and note which acquired businesses are included in the period. Revenue from those businesses alongside narrowing cash use would show that the portfolio is contributing as the transition’s cash burden eases; little revenue alongside continued cash use would show the businesses are not yet carrying that burden.
