Company

Company overview

Digital Currency X Technology Inc. has sold its vehicle-manufacturing business and now focuses on digital assets. Its treasury centers on EdgeAI tokens, which it has locked in an EdgeAI blockchain contract to earn additional tokens through staking. Those rewards come from the network’s programmed mechanisms, not guaranteed payments from a customer. The business therefore depends heavily on EdgeAI’s token value and reward mechanisms, while the locked tokens are unavailable for immediate sale.

Its other business, DexTrader, gives cryptocurrency traders real-time data and analytical tools for decentralized exchanges. It supplies information rather than executing asset trades. The platform has launched but had generated no revenue as of the annual report date, so it is not yet an established source of customer payments. The company has been funded primarily by shareholders.

Regulation limits where it can operate. Mainland China prohibits cryptocurrency-related business, including offshore services supplied to Chinese residents. Operating in New York or serving its residents requires a BitLicense and prior regulatory approval for material new products or changes to services and treasury strategies.

After selling its automotive business, Digital Currency X depends on digital-asset valuations—especially EdgeAI tokens, which drove its 2025 gains—and turning its DexTrader platform, currently generating no revenue, into a source of income.
