Company

Company overview

Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. serves customers moving goods from the U.S. to mainland China or Hong Kong. Its TWEW business supplies workers and handles cargo loading and unloading, generating most of the company’s revenue. Customers generally pay for these workers based on hours worked. The company has exited parallel-import vehicle sales, and its logistics and warehousing business remains in an early stage of development.

Its Edward business stores cargo, handles U.S. customs clearance and arranges freight forwarding. For ocean shipments, it books space with carriers and coordinates trucking to the port rather than operating ships itself. Customers can buy these services separately or together, paying for the services they use.

Operations depend on its Gardena, California warehouse and outside ocean carriers and trucking companies. Demand also depends on customers continuing to trade between the U.S. and China. Edward must maintain and renew its U.S. ocean transportation intermediary license to operate as a non-vessel-operating common carrier; a renewal delay could suspend the logistics business.

Cheetah Net now depends on demand for warehouse labor and cargo volumes from the U.S. to China and Hong Kong, both sensitive to tariffs and trade-policy uncertainty, rather than the vehicle business it exited.
