Creative Realities helps retailers, restaurants and venue operators install connected screens and control the messages, menus and advertising they display, primarily in North America. Customers buy hardware sourced from manufacturers such as Samsung and BrightSign, pay for design, installation and ongoing support, and subscribe to software that manages screen content. Services and other sales account for most revenue; hardware resale supplies the rest.
ReflectView is its core content-management platform. AdLogic and CPM+ help customers place advertising on their in-store screen networks and earn money from those networks. Through CDM, Creative Realities also runs substantial Canadian digital signage and retail-media operations, including a shopping-mall screen network it owns and operates.
Revenue depends substantially on customers committing to projects and completing equipment delivery and installation, not just on recurring subscriptions. Customers can delay project stages or cancel many contracts on short notice, and one customer supplies a meaningful share of revenue. Canadian operations must also meet privacy requirements for personal data transferred to processors, French-language requirements in Quebec and accessibility standards for public-facing digital signage in Ontario.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Creative Realities depends on digital-signage deployments and recurring software renewals, with privately held Stratacache and Poppulo its closer competitors and Samsung and BrightSign its hardware sources, rather than the supplied candidates.

Creative Realities’ report will show whether recurring software subscriptions and services can complement hardware projects after its CDM acquisition and make revenue more dependable.
Read SaaS subscription revenue alongside services revenue, and compare both with hardware revenue. Growth in subscriptions and services would show the combined business is building a more repeatable revenue base; weakness in either would leave revenue more reliant on unevenly timed hardware deployments and make it harder to judge whether the business can cover its costs.
