Company

Company overview

Creative Global Technology Holdings Limited supplies wholesalers that resell used smartphones, tablets and laptops in Southeast Asia and other markets. It conducts substantially all operations through its Hong Kong subsidiary, CGTHK, and wholesale sales generate nearly all its revenue.

Clients specify the devices and quantities they need. CGTHK generally secures client orders before buying from suppliers, mainly in the United States, with additional sources in Japan and Europe. Devices are shipped to Hong Kong for inspection, condition grading and removal of remaining user data. Clients then collect them and arrange onward shipment. CGTHK prices devices according to acquisition cost, condition and market information, adding a margin for resale.

Most revenue comes from Apple products, especially iPhones. A small group of wholesale clients supplies the vast majority of revenue, with the largest client alone contributing a substantial share. The business depends on maintaining device supply, assessing condition accurately and preserving the purchase-to-resale price gap. CGTHK uses its own inspection and grading standards because the industry lacks uniform standards; Hong Kong law also makes knowingly selling stolen devices a criminal offense.

Creative Global’s results hinge on wholesale customers’ demand for used Apple devices, trade-in supply from developed markets and eSIM policies in its final resale markets.

  • Apple’s launches, device popularity and product quality affect Creative Global’s sales and inventory pricing: Apple makes devices for consumers and businesses, while Creative Global resells used devices mainly to wholesale customers. Apple products supplied over 90.4% of Creative Global’s revenue in the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, making iPhone launches and major quality problems important news to watch.
