Cadeler A/S helps offshore wind developers, turbine manufacturers and offshore contractors build wind farms at sea. Customers including Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Vestas and Ørsted pay it to transport and install turbines and their foundations. Wind-farm installation and related maintenance provide its core revenue; its vessels can also carry out decommissioning and other offshore construction work.
The business depends on keeping a limited fleet working for a small number of customers. Project contracts and vessel charters are often agreed years ahead, but reservations may not become binding work and customers can cancel projects or decline optional work. Project timing, seasonal demand and vessel downtime therefore affect how much work Cadeler can bill for. Its specialized vessels are difficult to redeploy outside offshore wind.
Cadeler must maintain construction and operating approvals, and its vessels must pass required inspections and retain their classification to keep operating.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Cadeler’s results hinge on spending on offshore wind projects and the supply of specialized installation vessels, making customers Ørsted and Vestas and competitors DEME Offshore and Jan de Nul more informative to watch than the supplied shipping and utility companies.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
The Fed’s decision tracks the US central bank’s benchmark interest rate; because Cadeler’s debt is tied to EURIBOR rather than the Fed rate, the decision does not directly set what Cadeler pays to borrow.

If it comes in above expectations
If a higher-than-expected Fed rate lifts broader financing costs, Cadeler could face less favorable terms when seeking new borrowing, though its existing floating-rate debt is not stated to reprice with the Fed rate.
If it comes in below expectations
If a lower-than-expected Fed rate eases broader financing costs, Cadeler could face more favorable terms on new borrowing, though its existing floating-rate debt is not stated to reprice with the Fed rate.
Cadeler A/S earningsThis company
Cadeler earns from specialized vessels installing offshore wind projects, and this report will show whether vessel work and project execution are turning contracted work into revenue and profit.
Read revenue alongside Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, finance income and costs, depreciation and amortization), and the explanations of vessel utilization, downtime and project timing. If both revenue and Adjusted EBITDA strengthen, vessels are working and contracted projects are converting into profit; if revenue or profit weakens, idle time, delays or cost pressure are eroding that business.
