The Beachbody Company serves consumers who want guided workouts and nutrition support. Customers pay for BODi subscriptions to access on-demand content, including programs such as P90X and Insanity. Digital subscriptions provide most of its revenue. Nutritional products are the other major source, led by products such as Shakeology shakes and Beachbody Performance supplements. Customers can buy these separately or bundled with digital access, and Shakeology alone supplies a substantial share of revenue.
The company sells directly to consumers through online marketing, affiliates and marketplaces such as Amazon. It has replaced its former multilevel Partner network with a single-level affiliate model: affiliates earn commissions on products they sell, rather than bonuses for building sales teams. The former network supplied most revenue before it closed, and the change has left fewer people selling the company’s products.
The business depends on keeping subscribers engaged and renewing, and on continued demand for its nutritional products. Apple’s App Store is a key distribution platform for BODi, making access subject to Apple’s rules. Independent manufacturers make the nutritional products, which must meet food-safety, manufacturing and labeling requirements. Automatically renewing subscriptions also require customer consent and must comply with sign-up and cancellation rules.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
BODi’s results depend on keeping digital fitness subscribers and rebuilding demand for nutritional products through affiliates and direct sales to consumers, rather than on the businesses of the supplied companies.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
The Fed’s rate decision signals the direction of borrowing costs; because Beachbody’s ABL loan rate is based on one-month SOFR, higher rates can raise its interest expense and leave less cash for operations.

If it comes in above expectations
If policy rates rise more than expected, the SOFR-based rate on Beachbody’s ABL loan may rise, increasing borrowing costs and reducing earnings and cash available for its digital subscriptions and nutrition business.
If it comes in below expectations
If policy rates fall more than expected, the SOFR-based rate on Beachbody’s ABL loan may decline, easing interest costs and leaving more earnings and cash for its digital subscriptions and nutrition business.

BODi’s report will show whether digital subscriptions retain customers and nutrition products hold demand, supporting its two main revenue streams.
Read digital subscription numbers alongside nutrition sales, especially whether key products such as Shakeology remain important. Stable subscriptions and nutrition demand would show both revenue engines holding up; further declines in both would point to customer losses and product concentration still weighing on the business.
