Company

Company overview

Bonk, Inc. is shifting its focus from beverages toward digital assets, although beverage sales remain its larger revenue source. Consumers buy its Sure Shot dietary supplement and Yerbaé plant-based energy drinks through online stores, including Amazon, and retail outlets. Contract manufacturers make the products to the company’s specifications.

A substantial second source of revenue is an agreement with related party Bonk Digital, Inc. and an investor that gives Bonk a share of LetsBonk.fun’s gross revenue in exchange for preferred shares. This income depends on that platform and the revenue-sharing arrangement. Most of the company’s assets are concentrated in BONK tokens. The tokens themselves pay no interest; generating cash requires selling them or using income-generating strategies. Bonk stakes its treasury tokens through FalconX, but rewards are not guaranteed.

The digital-asset strategy depends significantly on raising equity or debt financing. Its ability to turn BONK holdings into cash also depends on token prices and liquidity. Bonk considers BONK not to be a security, but regulators or courts could disagree; a different classification could restrict its holdings, transactions and investment activities. Its beverage business cannot claim that its supplements or foods treat or prevent disease.

Bonk’s results increasingly depend on BONK token values and LetsBonk.fun revenue under its agreement with Bonk Digital, alongside its remaining beverage sales.

  • Bonk retains a stake in its legacy wellness products through 3,000,000 Caring Brands shares, while Caring Brands bears the costs of bringing those products to consumers. Watch whether its skin- and hair-care products generate meaningful sales: Caring Brands reported only nominal revenue in 2025.
