Company

Company overview

CEA Industries Inc., now named BNB Standard Corp, is primarily a company investing its own capital in BNB. Most of its assets are digital assets, chiefly BNB, rather than its retail and industrial businesses. It receives new tokens from Binance-ecosystem projects because its BNB holdings qualify for distributions known as airdrops. Those projects and Binance decide when distributions occur and how much the company receives.

The business depends heavily on BNB’s price, continued use of BNB Chain and the broader Binance ecosystem. Ceffu, its BNB custodian within that ecosystem, enables eligibility for airdrops; access to and sale of the holdings also depend on that custody arrangement.

Most operating sales come from Fat Panda, which sells nicotine-vaping products to Canadian consumers through stores and online, and also supplies other retailers. It makes its own e-liquids alongside selling third-party products. Canadian rules restrict which vaping products it may sell and how it markets them; a provincial prohibition would require it to stop selling the affected products there. A smaller business designs and sells climate-control systems to indoor growers building or upgrading facilities. These customers pay for equipment and related support, but the company does not perform construction or installation.

BNB Standard's results depend mainly on BNB prices and activity in the Binance ecosystem, including airdrop distributions, rather than its much smaller vape-retail and climate-control businesses.
