Company

Company overview

BeLive Holdings helps retailers, brands and e-commerce platforms add live selling and videos that viewers can shop from to their websites and apps. Its BeLive White Label Solutions integrate customized software into customers’ existing systems and account for most revenue. Customers pay for customization and integration, then for ongoing licensing, maintenance and use. Setup and subscription fees together provide most of the company’s revenue.

Businesses that do not want to build their own technology infrastructure can use BeLive SaaS Solutions, its cloud-based software, and pay onboarding, subscription and usage fees. BeLive AI Studios adds content production and distribution, earning project fees, content-licensing income and a share of downstream monetization.

Revenue comes overwhelmingly from Asia and Oceania, and a handful of large customers supply most of it. Continued sales depend on customers renewing their subscriptions and expanding their use; they have no obligation to renew after the initial term. Delivering the service also depends on third-party cloud infrastructure.

The company operates through subsidiaries. Under Singapore rules, its Singapore subsidiary cannot pay dividends to the parent unless it earns sufficient profits.
