Company

Company overview

Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd. buys automotive parts and accessories from manufacturers and sells them mainly to regional dealers, which supply other dealers or end users. Parts and accessories now account for almost all revenue, with lubricating oils contributing most. Autozi temporarily suspended new-car sales and insurance-related services because of tight cash flow and lower margins, concentrating resources on parts instead.

Its online systems coordinate purchasing, inventory, orders and deliveries, and increasingly connect suppliers directly with local MBS partner stores. Independent operators own and run these stores, most under the Autozi brand. Autozi does not charge software subscription fees; it charges for supply-chain operations involving contracted suppliers and MBS stores.

The business depends on Chinese repair and maintenance demand, reliable product supplies and third-party delivery services. Its offerings still focus mainly on fuel-powered vehicles. Partner stores must meet applicable operating and waste-handling requirements, while car-wash services require sewage-discharge permits.

Autozi’s results now hinge chiefly on demand for automotive lubricants in China, its bargaining power when buying supplies and its working capital, rather than the insurance, repair-chain or charging businesses represented in this list.

    Fed Interest Rate Decision

Autozi’s rate-sensitive short-term bank loans fund working capital and capital spending, so US interest-rate changes can affect what it pays to borrow and refinance.
