A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions Corp. directs most of its investment and product development toward Cust2Mate smart carts for supermarkets and large grocery stores. The carts identify items, keep a running shopping total and let shoppers pay electronically at the cart. Retailers pay A2Z for the equipment and ongoing services; the money shoppers spend on groceries is not the company’s revenue.
A2Z has sold carts outright with monthly maintenance charges and intends to shift toward subscriptions, while retaining the purchase option. Under the intended model, it keeps ownership of the carts and collects an upfront payment plus monthly fees covering hardware, software, maintenance and support. Yochananof has placed an order with upfront and monthly per-cart payments.
The company also manufactures and sells precision metal parts, including parts used in its carts. This business supplies most of its revenue and serves a broad customer base. Revenue comes from Israel, and smart-cart revenue has depended on one customer, Yochananof. Expanding the cart business depends on retailers deploying the systems and outside manufacturing partners supplying them. Revenue does not yet cover operating needs, so A2Z also depends on funding from investors.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions Corp.’s results hinge on its Israeli precision-metal-parts business and turning smart-cart orders from Yochananof, Trixo and Super Sapir into deployments and recurring revenue, rather than on the industrial and robotics companies supplied for comparison.

A2Z Cust2Mate’s report will show how much revenue its smart-cart deliveries and precision metal-parts sales each bring in.
Read smart-cart revenue alongside precision metal-parts revenue. Cart revenue rising while parts revenue holds would show deployments adding to the business rather than leaving it reliant on parts; weaker cart revenue, or a decline in parts too, would point to continued exposure to a single cart customer or a shrinking parts business. Within cart revenue, compare product deliveries with services to see whether income is beginning to shift from one-off sales toward recurring charges.
