AXIL Brands, Inc. sells earplugs, earmuffs and earbuds for hearing protection and enhancement; many products also provide Bluetooth or wireless audio. These hearing products generate nearly all its revenue. Professional hair and skin care products contribute a small share, while its subsidiary Sharper Vision Marketing Inc. earns a much smaller amount from marketing services for outside clients.
Consumers buy mainly through the company’s websites and third-party online marketplaces. AXIL uses targeted online advertising to attract buyers and also sells to retailers and distributors, including Walmart and Sportsman’s Warehouse. Retail and wholesale sales carry lower gross margins than direct online sales, so the balance between these channels affects what it earns from product sales.
AXIL outsources hearing-product manufacturing mainly overseas and relies on one supplier for most purchases. A single unnamed customer also provides a substantial share of revenue, and customers have no obligation to keep buying. The business therefore depends on continued customer orders and reliable supply. Product safety, labeling and marketing rules can restrict sales or require products to be recalled.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
AXIL’s results hinge on hearing-protection demand and growing retail orders, but its named direct rivals—ISOtunes, Walker’s, SureFire and Sordin—are missing from this list.
Sportsman's Warehouse Holdings, Inc. sells AXIL hearing products to hunting and shooting customers, so their spending on equipment matters to both the retailer’s sales and AXIL’s hearing-protection demand. Watch orders for GSX 3.0 and XCOR Pro, introduced in March 2026 at approximately 70 stores and online; AXIL says further retail purchase orders are not assured.

Sportsman's Warehouse's report will show whether hunting and shooting customers are buying AXIL hearing-protection products strongly enough for the retailer to keep ordering them.
Watch whether Sportsman's Warehouse placed further orders for GSX 3.0 and XCOR Pro after introducing them at about 70 stores and online. Repeat orders would show that the initial placement is turning into ongoing retailer demand, adding a wholesale outlet for AXIL's hearing-protection products. Few or no further orders would mean the launch has not yet proved it can sustain demand, leaving AXIL's hearing business more reliant on other customers and direct sales.
