Actinium Pharmaceuticals develops drugs that attach radioactive isotopes to antibodies to deliver radiation to selected cells. It is studying Actimab-A for leukemia, while its lead solid-tumor program, ATNM-400, remains preclinical. Another candidate, Iomab-B, targets blood-forming cells to prepare patients with hard-to-treat acute myeloid leukemia for a bone-marrow transplant when they cannot tolerate conventional preparation.
None of its products is approved for sale. Immedica Pharma paid upfront for exclusive rights to commercialize Iomab-B in the European Economic Area, Middle East and North Africa. Actinium can also receive payments tied to regulatory and commercial milestones, plus royalties on sales in certain countries. It retains rights elsewhere, including the United States, and has primarily funded operations by selling stock and warrants.
Commercial income depends on getting these experimental treatments approved and sold. For Iomab-B, the FDA requires another randomized trial demonstrating an overall-survival benefit and a dose-optimization trial before a U.S. approval application can proceed. Actinium is seeking a U.S. partner to conduct those studies.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Actinium’s results also hinge on Iomab-B’s regulatory path and its license with Immedica Pharma AB, which holds commercialization rights in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
Cellectar Biosciences INC NEW and Actinium both develop drugs that carry iodine-131 or actinium-225 to cancer cells, so they face similar clinical-development and isotope-supply challenges. Watch Cellectar’s iopofosine I 131 and CLR 225 for progress in these two types of radioactive cancer treatment.
Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. and Actinium both develop targeted alpha-radiation cancer drugs, making clinical efficacy, approval and delivery of radioactive medicines shared hurdles. Perspective’s alpha therapies generated no product-sales revenue in 2024 or 2025, so their trial and delivery progress matters more than sales as a readout for this field.
Monopar Therapeutics Inc.’s MNPR-101-Ac and Actinium’s ATNM-400 both use antibodies to carry actinium-225 to advanced solid tumors, linking their prospects to validation of this treatment approach. Watch MNPR-101-Ac’s move toward clinical testing: it remained in late preclinical development as of December 31, 2025.
Aktis Oncology, Inc. and Actinium both develop targeted alpha-radiation cancer drugs, and drugmakers’ demand for differentiated treatments supports their development and licensing prospects. Watch Aktis’s collaboration with Eli Lilly, which pays for access to its technology and takes over clinical development and commercialization after initial human imaging studies; this collaboration supplied substantially all Aktis revenue in 2024 and 2025.
Radiopharm Theranostics Limited and Actinium both develop cancer treatments that attach radioactive isotopes to targeting molecules, including antibodies for solid tumors, so commercialization depends on clinical results and approval. Radiopharm has no products approved for sale; progress in its solid-tumor trials is the useful comparison, rather than product revenue.
Molecular Partners AG and Actinium both develop targeted radioactive cancer treatments and seek partners that pay to use their technology. Watch Molecular Partners’ collaboration payments rather than product sales: all its revenue in 2023 and 2024 came from the Novartis radioligand-therapy collaboration, whose revenue recognition ended in the third quarter of 2024.
Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. earningsCATX
Perspective Therapeutics’ report will show how its targeted alpha-radiation trials and delivery are progressing, illuminating development and delivery hurdles Actinium Pharmaceuticals also faces.
Look at trial progress alongside whether radioactive drugs can be delivered as planned. Progress on both fronts would show this type of treatment can move through development and delivery; delays or obstacles would point to execution hurdles Actinium also faces.
Aktis Oncology, Inc. earningsAKTS
Aktis Oncology’s report will show whether revenue from its Eli Lilly collaboration continues, giving Actinium Pharmaceuticals a read on whether drugmakers are still paying for access to new technology and taking on later development.
Check whether collaboration revenue continues and whether it still comes mainly from Eli Lilly. Continued revenue would show a drugmaker is still paying for the collaboration; a decline or end would weaken that signal for Actinium’s own search for a strategic partner.
Cellectar Biosciences INC earningsCLRB
Cellectar Biosciences’ report will show progress in its iodine-131 and actinium-225 treatments, reflecting isotope-supply and clinical-development challenges that Actinium Pharmaceuticals also faces.
Look at clinical progress in the iodine-131 and actinium-225 programs alongside any disclosed isotope-supply constraints. Progress in both with stable supply would support continued development of these treatments; stalled programs or supply problems would point to hurdles relevant to Actinium too.
Monopar Therapeutics Inc. earningsMNPR
Monopar Therapeutics’ report will show whether its actinium-225 antibody treatment is moving from preclinical work toward human testing, a direct point of comparison for Actinium Pharmaceuticals’ preclinical ATNM-400.
Check whether MNPR-101-Ac advances from preclinical development into human testing. Entering trials would show this type of actinium-225 antibody treatment taking a step toward human evaluation, a reference point for ATNM-400; remaining preclinical would mean that evidence is still to come.

Actinium Pharmaceuticals has no approved products, so this report will show how much clinical development costs and how those costs draw on its cash resources.
Read research and development expense alongside cash used in operating activities. If both fall, development is drawing less on cash; if both rise, advancing the programs is consuming more cash, making future financing and program choices more consequential.
