American Resources Corporation’s controlled subsidiary Electrified Materials Corporation gathers and processes used metal, then sells the recovered material for recycling into new steel-based products. Scrap-steel sales have accounted for most of the company’s activity and revenue to date. It has not yet begun meaningful operations in battery, magnet or advanced-materials recycling.
The company spun off American Infrastructure Corporation and ReElement Technologies in 2025. These businesses focused, respectively, on coal for steelmaking and industrial uses, and on purifying critical minerals and rare earths from deposits and end-of-life magnets and batteries.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
After removing American Infrastructure and ReElement from its consolidated accounts, American Resources’ operating results hinge on developing EMC’s scrap-steel recovery business, which reported no revenue in 2025, rather than on the supplied coal and rare-earth peers.
AMERICAN RESOURCES CORP earningsThis company
American Resources’ report will show whether its scrap-steel recycling business is bringing in revenue and whether the company’s overall operating loss is narrowing.
First check whether EMC sold scrap steel and recorded revenue; it reported none in 2025. Revenue would show that customers are buying into the recycling business; another zero would mean it still has no established sales. Then compare EMC’s and corporate operating losses with the prior period: narrowing losses would point to lower cost pressure, while widening losses would show that the limited business is still not covering costs.
